  1. If you think your speaker is not functioning properly, follow the instructions in the Troubleshooting section.

  2. If you are having trouble with setting up your microphone, read the instructions on this web site. If you are still experiencing difficulty, call us and ask for Technical Support.

  3. Do not return your speaker to us without an RMA number. The person who takes your telephone call will assign the RMA number.

  4. We can resolve most speaker difficulties over the phone. It is much quicker and easier than returning a speaker to us that does not have a problem.

  5. Most difficulties with speakers are actually a result of three things:

         a. Poor connections
         b. Poor source material
         c. Incorrect/unapproved power supply

  6. Some CD players and computers have very poor sound systems and therefore the speaker will not sound good either. We can help you diagnose the problem if you call first.

  7. Once you have completed the steps in the Troubleshooting section, please contact Customer Service by email at customerservice@cetaceasound.com or by phone at 1-800-556-1922.

  8. Have the speaker hooked up so we can continue to diagnose the problem.

  9. If it is determined that your sound system needs to be returned to the company, follow the instruction in the Equipment Returns section.
