If you need a replacement under warranty, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization to return your existing product.
A copy of the original purchase receipt must be included with the return product in order to be considered for warranty replacement. If you do not have your original purchase receipt, please contact us at (800) 556-1922 and ask for customer service or email us at customerservice@cetaceasound.com.
