We apologize if you are having difficulties with one of our products. Whether you need a replacement, repair or upgrade we are able to help you get your Cetacea product back up and running.

Did you know that all Cetacea products can easily and economically be repaired? It only takes a few days and you can be assured that it will come back as good as new including all current upgrades.

In order to help you determine whether it is necessary to return your product(s) to us for repair there is a simple Troubleshooting Guide for you to follow. If you follow the steps from the Troubleshooting Guide, it will help us serve you better and possibly prevent you from having to return your product(s). Also, in case a technician needs to contact you it will help answer his questions.

If you have already referred to our Troubleshooting Guide and are ready to submit an RMA, please enter the quantity, product name or SKU#, and the reason for the return. You must also provide a detailed description of the problem in the Reason for Return area before clicking the "Submit RMA" Button.

Once you are ready to submit your request follow this procedure:

  1. Do tell us which items you are returning and the quantities.
  2. Do specify a reason.
  3. Do give us a detailed description of the problem you are having and the results of your Troubleshooting in the comments fields so we can best serve you.
